Who is Liable for Employee Actions or Labor Disputes?
Ultimately, the Client is liable for the individual employees including severance pay, payroll
taxes, vacation pay, or litigation and arbitration claims. However, our firm is directly responsible

services agreement with the Client.
How does pricing work?
MexInc charges a percentage of the cumulative gross salaries of all employees under payroll – including base salary and payroll taxes. The pricing ranges depending on overall number of employees and salaries. MexInc’s PEO Services are convenient: using MexInc’s PEO in Mexico can minimize your company’s administrative burden in Mexico. Clients are responsible for depositing bi-weekly salary payments and taxes. Any remaining administrative tasks are handled directly by the staff of MexInc. Clients have no need to worry about the intricacies of administering a whole new subsidiary entity and related tax compliance implications.
MexInc PEO Services are Quick to Implement
Where time is of the essence, employees can be brought under MexInc’s PEO services within 5 business days or less. In certain cases, incorporating a legal entity capable of employing local workers will be impracticable or impossible, where launch dates are within two months or less. Many clients use the MexInc PEO service as a bridge while compliance and subsidiary entity incorporation are finalized. Employees can easily be transitioned off of the PEO service at the appropriate and convenient time.
